Ready for a quick expansion of your debate knowledge?

The Point of Information Foundation is excited to announce that the fifth annual Parli Winter Workshop will be January 6 - 7!

This workshop is an opportunity for any middle or high school competitor to get a top-flight education in both the structure and substance of parliamentary debate from some of the event’s most successful coaches and competitors.

As the only mid-season workshop for parliamentary debate, it’s scheduled just before two of the biggest tournaments nationwide, the MLK Invitational at James Logan and the Stanford Invitational.  In other words, there’s no better time to shake off the winter break dust and build up your skills.

Register before December 8 for only $90, or by December 28 for $140— either way, it’ll be the most affordable opportunity for debate camp education in Northern California.

The tentative location is Santa Clara University, but we are also considering other locations in Silicon Valley: we will announce the final location by the end of November.

This year, the workshop will be directed by James Gooler-Rogers, head debate coach at Evergreen Valley High School. Get more information at or by emailing us at

We look forward to working with you!
