The University of Oregon campus is the backdrop for the final test for Oregon parli teams before the state championship. Spanning February 19th and 20th, the Robert D. Clark Invitational has 35 teams in the open division, 34 teams in the novice division, and 26 points up for grabs.

The usual suspects lead the field. Ashland’s John Ropp & Carson Barry will look to continue their success after a win at Pacific the last time they debated together, and South Eugene’s Alex Leve & Ada Sprengelmeyer will look to rebound after a disappointing exit in quarters at Lewis and Clark. South Albany’s Tyler Whittaker & Anthony Ross will hope to continue their impressive performances at Oregon’s other two main university invitationals: Willamette, where they were semifinalists, and Lewis and Clark where they took second.

Other teams of note include a pair of teams from Jesuit High School in California, and Cleveland’s Quinn Samoulidis &,Mathias Knight, with the latter member of that pair coming off a resounding win at Lewis and Clark.
